We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains refunds for the paid product — the detailed AI report (sold as report credits). Quick map estimates are free and involve no payment.
A detailed report is digital content generated on demand and delivered instantly. Report credits unlock generation of these reports.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical problem on our side, or a credit is charged but no report is delivered, we will re-issue the report or refund that credit. Contact us with the details and we will make it right.
Report credits that you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Already-used credits (reports that were generated and delivered) are non-refundable, because the digital content has been supplied.
Where a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital content, please note that by generating a report immediately you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for that report once it has been delivered. Unused credits remain refundable as in Section 3.
Email info@wheretodigwell.com with your purchase reference (from your payment receipt). Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com; approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Reports are rough, indicative estimates based on global data, not a guarantee of drilling outcomes. A result you disagree with is not by itself grounds for a refund, but we welcome your feedback and will always review technical issues.
